GROUP RESERVATIONS
We are accepting groups of 15 people or less by reservation only. There is a fee per person whether they are drinking or not. Reservations are between 11:00am-4:00pm on the hour for a maximum 90 minute visit. Groups of 15 will have to make us their first stop (by 12:00pm). Payment must be made at time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation for a full refund, otherwise no refund is given. No refund given if amount of people changes.

CHECK IN
The group must check in at the Welcome Desk before entering the Tasting Room. We are asking that you use hand sanitizer upon entering and use face masks while indoors.  If you aren’t feeling well, please stay home.

If you are going to be late, please call to let us know. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we have the right to refuse your group and a refund will not be given. If your group is a no-show, a refund will not be given.

TASTING
Group tasting will include a tasting of 3 wines that is pre-selected and is not interchangeable. The group will be assigned an area to sit which we ask that they remain until their tasting is over. At this time, we are now using plastic cups. After your tasting is completed, your group may purchase additional wine, please ask your Server.

BEHAVIOR
We can not serve anyone who is visibly intoxicated and no refunds will be given. If anyone is acting in an inappropriate manner, your group will be asked to leave.

Masks are required to be worn indoors but may be taken off outside. 

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
NYS ABC law strictly prohibits outside alcohol at production wineries that is not sold by this Vineyard. If anyone in your group is seen with outside alcohol, your entire group will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED
We have a Food Truck on the premises Friday-Sunday. Snacks are available for purchase during the week.

SMOKING ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREA
Smoking area is located in the picnic area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.

Monday-Friday: 11:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am-7:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am-6:00pm

November 1st – February 28th
Monday-Friday: 11:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am-5:00pm
We are closed Wednesdays & Thursdays during December & January.

Tastings end half hour before closing. Glasses and bottles remain available for purchase until close.
Public hours are subject to change.

Laurel Lake Vineyard’s Tasting Room is open for tastings and sales 7 days a week.

The winery will be closed on the following dates:
Easter
Thanksgiving Day
December 25
January 1

Admissions and Tastings:

  • Tasting fee applies.
  • Limos and buses are welcome by reservation ONLY.
  • NO LIMO OR BUS RESERVATIONS ON SUNDAYS.
  • Group reservations must be made 5 days in advance.

VIP Tours and Tastings:

At this time, we have temporarily put a hold on all tours.
Monday-Friday: 11:00am-2:00pm  |  Saturdays: 11:00-12:00pm

  • There is a Tour fee of ______ per person that includes a tasting of ___ wines.
  • Reservations have to be made no less than 5 days prior to event.
  • A non-refundable advanced payment is required to hold reservation.
  • The tour and tasting will last approximately ___ minutes.

 

LLV-Growing-Season

Reservations require a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 18 people. You will have a complete tour of our grounds, vineyard, and the winemaking process.

The tour includes: tour of the Vineyard (weather permitting), tour of our Winery, tour into our Barrel Room for a barrel tasting.  During the tour we will have a interesting discussion on the basics of wine tasting (including answers to questions like “why do you smell wine?” as well as more advanced issues like “what is a ‘corked’ wine and how do I tell if it is ‘corked’?”) Other topics of discussion will include varietal characteristics, pairing wine with food, cooking with wine, and Long Island’s place in the wine world.
