We want to see customers enjoy the Tasting Room, Patio, and Grounds at Laurel Lake Vineyards, but we have a few rules to help make everyone’s experience with us more enjoyable.
Groups of 6 or more or if arriving by Limo, Bus, Van or Car Service must make a reservation at least 4 days in advance. NO LIMOS OR BUSES ON SUNDAYS. There is a fee per person whether they are drinking or not. Payment must be made at time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation for a full refund, otherwise no refund is given. No refund given if amount of people changes.
The group leader must check in at the register before bringing the entire group inside the Tasting Room. If you are going to be late, please call to let us know. If you are 30 minutes or more late, we have the right to refuse your group and a refund will not be given. If your group is a no-show, a refund will not be given.
Group tasting will include a tasting of three wines that is pre-selected and is not interchangeable. The group will be assigned an area to sit which we ask that they remain until their tasting is over. After your tasting is completed, your group may purchase additional wine at either one of our bars.
We can not serve anyone who is visibly intoxicated and no refunds will be given. If anyone is acting in an inappropriate manner, your group will be asked to leave.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
NYS ABC law strictly prohibits outside alcohol at production wineries that is not sold by this Vineyard. If anyone in your group is seen with outside alcohol, your entire group will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
